FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions prospective clients often have. If you have other questions, please use my contact form and I will get in touch with you shortly.

  • Each session is a combination of talking as well as touch work on a massage table. Clients are fully clothed and I use gentle, respectful contact with areas such as the arms, back, legs or head. Table work generally involves using blankets and warm pillows to provide comfort and support. I finish each session with time to integrate what has unfolded and to share your experience.

    • Emotions or memories arising

    • A sense of expansion and well-being

    1. Come as you are. There's no need to prepare anything special—just wear comfortable clothing and be open to the experience.

    2. Tune into your body. Noticing sensations, emotions, or shifts during and after the session can deepen the experience.

    3. Take your time afterward. Give yourself some quiet time if possible, to reflect.
